Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate ideas into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design clean interfaces, thoughtful user flows, and meaningful interactions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicates well, and cares deeply about user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs using Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Understand user needs and translate them into design solutions
- Participate in design discussions, feedback sessions, and iterations
- Improve existing product experiences based on usability feedback
- (Optional) Add motion design or micro-interactions where relevant
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping
- Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
Good to Have
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions
- Basic understanding of frontend development concepts
- Experience working with product or engineering teams
