Role Overview

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who understands digital outreach, lead generation, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who can manage email campaigns, generate quality leads, and contribute to business growth through strategic communication and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage SEO and web leads
Execute email marketing campaigns for international clients
Handle lead nurturing, follow-ups, and outreach communication
Maintain lead databases and campaign performance reports
Optimize outreach campaigns for better engagement and conversions
Conduct audience research and segmentation for targeted campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
Track campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Experience

1 to 5 years of experience in Email Marketing or Lead Generation
Strong written communication and outreach skills
Understanding of email marketing tools and automation platforms
Knowledge of SEO and web lead generation strategies
Familiarity with CRM tools, email deliverability, and campaign analytics
Ability to manage campaigns independently and meet targets
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely

Good to Have

Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Digital Marketing industry
Exposure to international campaigns and B2B outreach
Basic understanding of AI, software development, or digital services
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing strategies
