Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Sales Executive who understands technology, communicates confidently, and can take ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands client needs, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in IT services
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable tech solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for smooth handovers
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of services like AI/ML, mobile apps, web development, or software solutions
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closures
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

Good to Have

  • Experience selling custom software or AI solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Exposure to international clients or B2B sales
  • Basic understanding of proposal writing and costing
